Who we are
coachspring is a professional-development community for assistant coaches in Division III athletics. The Service is operated by D3 Edge, LLC. For any privacy question, contact us at jill@coachspring.co.

- Information you provide. Your name, email address, and any details you submit when you register, purchase a workshop series or session, contact us, or participate in a workshop (for example, questions or comments shared during a session).
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment-card number. We receive limited transaction details from Stripe (such as confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, and billing contact information) needed to manage your purchase and access.
- Communications. Records of your correspondence with us, including support requests and email receipts.
- Usage and device data. Information collected automatically when you visit the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your access to it.
- Process payments, subscriptions, and send receipts and reminders.
- Schedule, host, and deliver workshops and related materials.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

With vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), website hosting and analytics (Vercel), and video conferencing for workshops (such as Zoom). - Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.

- With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.
